GreyFox Infolytics, LLC. is a small veteran-owned, fee-for-service, private security, intelligence & security management, and travel risk management consulting firm helping clients identify and map their intelligence, risk mitigation, security, and travel intelligence needs while guiding them towards the necessary actions to protect their staffs, assets, and resources from a wide spectrum of threats from domestic and foreign threat actors.

Terry L. Valois, CPP, PCI / President
Terry L. Valois retired from federal service following a 30–year career in the U.S. Navy and the federal government where he engaged in direct support to strategic national programs, policy formulation planning, and field operations involving intelligence collection and counterintelligence in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Africa. Upon his retirement, he held positions in several management consulting firms, consulting with the U.S. Government and other private sector entities.
He is currently the President of GreyFox Infolytics, a veteran-owned private business intelligence and risk mitigation firm which he founded in 2009. The practice provides Business Intelligence, Risk Mitigation, and Training and Education consulting to a broad spectrum of clients in various businesses and industries.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland University College and his graduate degree from the Joint Military Intelligence College (known now as the National Intelligence University). His professional affiliations include the Association of Former Intelligence Officers, American Society of Industrial Security, Navy Cryptologic Veterans Association, and several federal government retirement associations.
